Tournament Incentive
Incentive:
Win a qualifying event out of your Stratos Boat and DOUBLE your tournament winnings (up to $10,000) with the Stratos “2X Double Your Winnings” program!
Guidelines:
* Program dates run from January 1st – December 31st, 2009. The event must be held within this timeframe in order to receive the benefits.
* Tournaments must be listed as “qualified” on the www.stratosboats.com website prior to the event. These events may be added or deleted by Stratos Boats at any time.
* Boat package must have been purchased prior to the tournament.
* Owner of the boat must have competed out of the qualifying Stratos boat and must be the same name on warranty or state registration at time of tournament win.
* Qualifying Models-

o January 1, 2009- June 30, 2009 - 2007,2008, and 2009 models qualify
o July 1, 2009- December 31, 2009 – 2008, 2009, and 2010 models qualify
* Angler does not have to sign up or apply prior to the event in order to win.
* Anglers can receive benefits more than once annually.
* If tournament winnings are valued at more than $10,000…Angler will receive a contingency check from Stratos for $10,000.
* A tournament win will be defined as “First Place”.
* Employees of Stratos Boats are not eligible for this program or its benefits.
* Only one contingency payment will be paid to the owner of the boat that qualified for the contingency (per event).
* Angler is responsible for applicable taxes on winnings.
* Stratos Boats reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the “2X Double Your Winnings” program at its sole discretion at any time. Final payment is determined only by Stratos Boats.
Winning team is responsible for submitting Affidavit of Tournament Win within 30 days of tournament win. Affidavit is available at www.stratosboats.com.

Yes, the following model years will qualify as outlined-

Q: Does the Angler have to compete in the boat to qualify?
Yes, the winning angler must sign an affidavit signifying that they competed out of the qualifying boat.
Q: Can an Angler borrow a qualifying boat to compete with?
No, the owner of the boat must compete and win in their respective boat to receive contingencies.
Q: Does the Angler have to be the 1st Purchaser to qualify?
No, an Angler can purchase a used boat and receive the same incentives, so long as the used boat fits into the model-year parameters.
Q: Does the Angler have to sign up or pay dues to participate?
No, the only paperwork needed to receive the program benefits is a submitted claim form found at www.stratosboats.com and provide proof of boat ownership (warranty and/or State Registration).

Any qualifying tournament listed at www.stratosboats.com.
Q: Does any Model Year Stratos qualify for this contingency?
No, only boats with a 2007, 2008, 2009, or 2010 serial number can qualify.

Stratos’ dealer base helps determine the events within their geographic region. Their influence weighs heavily in this decision and recommendations will be taken on a regular basis.
Q: Is this Contingency Program outboard motor specific?
No, any brand or model of outboard will qualify if rigged on a 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 Stratos boat.
Q: Can an Angler receive benefits for winning a tournament won prior to the event being on the qualified tournaments list?
No, each event must be listed prior to the Angler participating in the event.

This form must be postmarked within thirty (30) days after the qualified Stratos Competition event date. I further attest that I met the following Stratos Boats
“2X Double Your Winnings” requirements while competing in this event:

* The tournament competition claimed below was listed as qualified prior to winning the event.
* The tournament was held between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.
* I agree to provide authentic verification of boat ownership and tournament win.

*Contingency payment will be made to owner’s name as listed above within 4-6 weeks of receipt. In consideration for permission to participate in this program and by signing this affidavit I hereby grant Stratos Boats the right to use my name, voice, photographic likeness in any medium including but not limited to video/audio productions, merchandising, promotions, articles, and press releases in connection with the promotion of Stratos Boats and/or its contingency program. I understand that I will not be entitled to any further compensation or royalties in connection with such use.
